When I’m not inside working, I enjoy spending time outside with our herd of Texas Longhorn steers.

The horn measurements of Texas Longhorn steers often exceed 80 inches (200 cm) tip-to-tip and these animals can weigh in excess of 2000 pounds (900 kg).  While they are massive animals, many are gentle enough to eat from our hands.  They are truly magnificent creatures and we are fortunate to be able to care for them.
